What you're paying for

One yard, a real system, and a cap that means you can actually move. No line at the door because everyone's already on the list.

These aren't decoration. Break one and you're out, no refund, and we stop doing this.

Bring your ID: Name on the ticket has to match. No transfers at the door.
Out front: Nobody on the porch, the sidewalk, or the street. The neighbors decide whether this happens again.
Hard stop: Music off at 1am. Everyone out by 1:30. Not negotiable.
At capacity: When we hit the cap the door closes, even if you have a ticket and stepped out. Don't step out.
Cans in the bag: Not the grass. Somebody has to live here Saturday morning.
Respect the house: Break something and you're paying for it.

Where is it?

The address goes out by text the day of, to everyone on the list. Don't post it.

Can I pay at the door?

Only if we haven't filled up, and it's the door price. Getting on early is cheaper for a reason — it tells us how many people to plan for.

Can I bring someone?

They need their own spot. Every head counts against the cap.

BYOB?

Bring your own, drink your own. We don't serve and we don't sell. Show up already wrecked and you're not getting in.

Refunds?

Full refund up to 48 hours out. After that it's yours, but you can hand it to someone — just send us the name so the door list matches.

What if it fills up before I get on?

Watch the Fizz. Next one drops the Monday after.
